  4. Paperwork (contract, invoice and clean-up checklist) will be sent to you to sign.

1) How much is the Venue?

  • Full bathrooms (3 stalls each)
  • Bridal Room
  • Kitchen includes 4 sinks, Commercial Fridge, Wine Fridge, Warmer, Microwave, Oven, 4 Trash Gallons and prep area
  • 12 Wood picnic tables with benches attached 
  • 12 60" Round Tables
  • 5 8ft Rectangle Tables  
  • 8 6ft Rectangle Tables  
  • Built in Fire Pit

3) Are there chairs and how many? No chairs are provided with the property however ask us about rental options with Smart Soiree so we can accommodate you. 

4) How many outlets? There are 2 outlets on each column and outlets through out the pavilion and the grounds. 

5) Is there parking? Yes, there are 4 paved parking spaces in front of the pavilion and a open field on the left of the pavilion to accommodate the rest of your guests.

6) Is there internet? No, However you can connect to a hotspot.

7) Are Food Trucks permitted on the property? Yes, Food trucks are allowed as long as they can provide a business lic. and COI.

8) Is alcohol permitted on the property? Yes.

9) Are there fans on the property? No, fans are provided with the property however ask us about rental options with Smart Soiree so we can accommodate you.
